This Sunday, as most of you probably already know, is the 83rd Annual Academy Awards. I am really excited, not only for the red carpet, but for this year's hosts. I have seen the promos, and a little teaser clip from James Franco's twitter, and I don't think they are going to disappoint.
As for the actors and movies? I'm predicting that "The King's Speech" is going to do very well: Best actor and Best movie. The Social Network had a strong showing early in the award season, but Colin Firth and the movie itself has been gaining a lot of momentum.
Oh, and the supporting actor winner: Christian Bale. He deserves this, not only for The Fighter, but because he just a damn good actor.
